Davies Drafting and Design has been involved in many small and large scale residential projects in Brisbane and surrounding areas since 1998.

Anything from simple carports and decks, right up to 3 storey homes are my specialty.

House raising and building in underneath is a popular alternative throughout Brisbane with its many older timber framed houses being built on stumps. This is a great alternative where yard space is at a premium.

Block splitting to creat smaller lots is extremely common with small lot housing now appealing to a wider demographic. It is amazing how much house you can fit on a typical 405 square metre (16 perch block), with a well thought out design.

Internal renovations, where internal walls can be removed to create open plan living, this suits a lot of people where they do not wish to move out their family homes, but require a more modern use of space.
