I can provide a quote over the phone and a guide to the services required for your specific project.

Normally my drawings are produced in two stages with the first set of plans being a sketch-concept plan to get all your thoughts and requirements onto a drawing which then can be used to obtain builders quotes. This would include site plan, floor plans and elevations. I also calculate the square metres that the new work involves.

After a follow up meeting the second stage is produced which is referred to as the Working Drawings. The working drawings are suitable for submission to builder certifiers to obtain the required permits and for the builders to order materials. They include framing sizes, bracing and tie-down specifications.

A structural engineer will be required for certain elements such as soil testing, slab and footing design and any steel beams that may be required. I prepare a full list of instructions to help the engineer complete his work.
